Independent Technology Company

Building technology businesses, products, and the engineering behind them.

synnc. is an independent technology company building software businesses and developing proprietary products. We bring these efforts together through thoughtful engineering, clear ownership, and transparent communication.

01

The company ecosystem

One company. Two connected areas.

synnc. brings together client-facing engineering and proprietary software products under one parent company — each with its own identity, all under shared ownership and a single engineering standard.

02

First operating business

Engineering solutions for meaningful business problems.

synnc. agency is the company's first operating business and its client-facing engineering division. It works directly with organizations on software they depend on.

Where it sits

The Agency operates as a business in its own right, with its own website, its own emerald identity and its own client relationships. synnc. owns it, sets the engineering standard it works to, and stays out of the way of the work.

Project and delivery enquiries belong there rather than here — the parent company is not a switchboard for its own businesses.

03

Proprietary products

Products with independent purpose.

synnc. develops and owns software products that address distinct needs through their own identities, experiences and digital platforms.

Featured product

synnc.live

A product built around the belief that candidates and companies deserve a more transparent relationship throughout the hiring process.

Ownership

Owned by
synnc. — developed and operated as a proprietary product.
Identity
Its own brand, its own blue identity and its own website, independent of this one.
Relationship
A product of the parent company, not of synnc. agency.
04

Company philosophy

Transparent by Design. Private by Necessity.

People should be able to understand who synnc. is, what it builds and how its properties connect. The information that belongs to the people and organizations we work with should not be on a public website.

What we make clear

  • Who synnc. is and what it builds.
  • Which businesses and products belong to it.
  • Who leads its technical direction.
  • How its properties connect to one another.
  • How to reach the company directly.

What stays private

  • Information belonging to the people and organizations we work with.
  • Anything that identifies individuals.
  • Confidential commercial terms.
  • Internal systems, infrastructure and credentials.
  • Anything whose disclosure would weaken security.

These are not competing goals. Being specific about the company is what makes being firm about everything else credible — a site that says little about itself has no standing to claim discretion.

05

Leadership

Clear technical direction. Visible leadership.

synnc. is founded and technically led by Syed Haris, who guides the company's initial engineering direction and the development of its technology ecosystem.

Founder & Technical Lead

Syed Haris

Technical leadership at synnc. is attributable to a named person rather than to an anonymous “team”. Syed Haris keeps an independent professional website, separate from the company, where his own work and engineering background are set out in full.

06

Future direction

Built to grow beyond what exists today.

synnc. is building a company structure capable of supporting independent technology businesses, proprietary software products and future ventures. As the company grows, each property can establish its own identity while remaining connected to the broader synnc. ecosystem.

More operating businesses

The structure holds further businesses alongside the Agency, each able to run under its own name.

More proprietary products

synnc.live is the first product the company owns outright. The product branch is built to hold more.

Distinct identities

New properties get their own names, colours and websites. One master brand, not one repeated template.

Nothing above is an announcement. These are the directions the company is structured to grow in — when something becomes real, it will appear on this website with a name and a destination.
